A Refund Policy is an essential document that outlines the legal relationship between NOBLE KITH and our customers regarding refunds. Depending on local laws and regulations, online shops like ours may be required to present our return and refund policies. This not only ensures compliance with consumer protection laws but also helps us prevent potential legal claims from customers who may be unhappy with their purchases.

Here’s a simple guide to returns.

Eligibility: Unwashed, unworn items with tags, in original packaging, within 30 days.
Non-returnables: Final sale, underwear/lingerie, gift cards, customized items, or items with obvious wear.
Refunds: Approved returns refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Shipping is non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges: Defective/damaged items are replaced. For a different size/color, place a new order; the original item will be refunded per policy.
Return shipping: You pay unless the item was wrong, damaged, or defective. We may provide a prepaid label if it’s our error.
Damaged/Incorrect: Contact us within 48 hours with the order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How to start:
1) Email info@noblekith.com with “Return – [Order #]”
2) Include order #, item(s), reason, and desired outcome (refund or exchange)
3) We’ll send instructions and a label if applicable
4) Ship as directed
- Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection; refunds take 7–10 more days.
- International: Same process; duties/taxes may apply.
- Tips: Check size charts. If between sizes, size up for unisex/oversized fits.
